I have been playing it for a while, but I never tried to Start A Business and I was wondering if you can, how.

You can’t start your own business, but you can buy one. If you go to the town view and click one of the businesses, like the day spa, you can become a partner and collect money every week with the partner’s deed.
Then, if you have enough money, you can go to the day spa and buy out the property. You then own the business and you’re able to change the name and fire employees, and you get to collect more money every week.
