We will will identify exactly what your carpet or upholstery is then choose the appropriate cleaning method and cleaning solution that best meets your needs.
Below is a typical example of the comprehensive multi stage cleaning process you will get. Again this method can vary depending on cleaning method used but this is a fairly typical break down or your clean.
1 - PRE INSPECTION
Your carpet & upholstery are tested & inspected to ascertain fibre type & construction so we can select the best cleaning methods for you.
2 - FURNITURE MOVING
Your furniture will be moved safely by us to make sure all of your carpet is cleaned.
3 – PRE VACUUM
A commercial grade vacuum is used to remove dry soiling. This ensures a better quality of clean.
4 - SPOT & STAIN REMOVAL
Any spots or stains like tea, coffee, make up, wine etc are treated and removed first.
5 - PRE SPRAY
The appropriate cleaning solution is selected to suit the fibre type and soiling and is gently misted on.
6 – AGITATION
Helps to start break down the soils & dirt. We use various mechanical machines. This ensures the cleaning solution is thoroughly scrubbed into your carpet & Upholstery.
7 – HOT WATER EXTRACTION
Industrial hot water extraction machines are used to rinse extract the dirt & soils from your carpet & upholstery. Because these machines are the best machines on the market they extract the maximum amount of dirt and moisture out that its possible to get.
8 – POST CLEAN GROOM
On most occasions carpet & upholstery will need groomed. This grooming will leave a uniform finish leaving your cleaned carpet & upholstery looking its best.
9- FORCED DRYING
The last step is using industrial fans to speed dry your carpet & upholstery. I pride myself on super fast drying times with 90% of items being dry before we leave and the rest within an hour or two.
